Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your team's implementation and existing systems.

Deliverables produced for a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last Outpost Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, the AI Audit tool, or any consulting engagement. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Kitsap County, WA.
