Last Outpost Consulting ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-proprietor consulting practice based in Poulsbo, WA. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, and message content.
• AI Audit responses — your answers to the 5-question diagnostic and any optional context you provide. These are sent to our local inference server to generate a diagnosis and are not stored long-term.
• Business website URL — if you provide one during the audit, the homepage text is scraped at the time of request for the sole purpose of generating your diagnosis. We do not index or store this content.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party ad networks. We do not run Google Analytics or any similar script.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or deliver a diagnosis.
• To follow up if you've expressed interest in a call.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party.

Data storage

Contact form submissions are received via email and stored only in our inbox. Audit inputs are processed in-memory on our local server (Poulsbo, WA) and are not written to any persistent database.

Cookies

This site sets no first-party cookies and loads no third-party scripts that set cookies. Theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser's localStorage only — it never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can request that any contact information we hold about you be deleted. Email adam@lastoutpostconsulting.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
